HDPE:
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a heavy duty knitted shade fabric for the tensile membrane, shade structures and shade sails. HDPE fabric is suited for large commercial projects where specifications require fabric exposed to environmental conditions like wind, rain, hail, dust and UV exposure. Woven HDPE fabrics offers maximum Ultra Violet A and B protection. HDPE fabrics have a lifespan of 8 – 10 years.
PVC:
PVC (Polyvinylchloride) fabrics is a special type of fabric obtained by the weaving of the fibers (polyester-woven) which are the main carrying element of the membrane cover. These materials have a vast spectrum of applications from shades to stadiums, amphitheaters to parking lots, marketplaces and performance halls, to various parks and recreational structures, to entrance canopies and to airport structures. PVC fabrics have a life span of 20 – 25 years.
