The original, most specified, highest performing acoustical plaster system
Our seamless acoustic plaster solutions by BASWA Acoustic are a unique combination of highly effective sound absorption with design freedom.
The seamless acoustic plaster BASWA Phon aims to reduce and control the reverberation time in spaces and foster health and wellbeing. BASWA Phon durable marble finishes seamlessly integrate into your design and adapt to your architecture. When controlling the reverberation time of sound waves, the results will be an optimal acoustic environment.
The acoustics systems we offer consist of a unique combination of highly effective sound absorption with flexibility in design. They aim to reduce and control the reverberation time. When controlling the reverberation time of sound waves, the results will create a pleasant acoustic room climate.
Our acoustic solutions are made to last and they age well. When not exposed to extreme stress, the surfaces will have a fresh and homogeneous look after many years of use. More importantly, the ageing process will not have any adverse effect on the acoustic performance of the product. In case of visible wear on the product, it is easily maintained and repaired.
The BASWA Phon improves the speech intelligibility, while boosting safety, wellbeing and quality of life without compromising on architectural design and style. When it comes to aesthetics and sustainability goals, Baswa Phon acoustical plaster is the only integrated solution that all architects and home owners will need.
Our Acoustic products are environmentally friendly and sustainable as they are they contain up to 95 % recycled materials and has a 0 VOC level. The recycled materials consist of post-consumer glass and natural minerals like marble which enables it to give credit points in 9 LEED categories.

Installation Process
BASWA systems are lightweight and can be adhered directly onto any stable substrate including concrete or suspended substructures. (Contact BASWA on approved substrates.)
Joints and voids simply need to be taped to create a sealed substrate. HVAC diffusers, fire sprinkler heads and light fixtures are roughed in below the gypsum board to the finished ceiling height and precise.
